All Yours Return & Exchange Policy
Policy Details:
- Eligibility: Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including the box, to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, minus a ₹150 return courier charges
- Exchanges: Choose a different size, color, or item.
- Final Sale Items: Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Please note that a ₹150 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
- Processing Time: Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days.
Here are the steps to return an item:
- Initiate a return request by clicking here.
- All Yours will arrange a reverse pickup for a fee.
- If your pin code is not serviceable for a reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address. Please ensure the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging.
- Ensure the items are packed securely in their original packaging, including the box, to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached.
Important Note:
- Refunds for Free Product Deals: Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
Please note:
- Failure to return items in their original packaging, including the box, will result in the return being rejected and no refund will be issued.
